This November, Valspar Paint is finding inspiration from Wicked, with an enchanting new color story inspired by the allure of opposites.

Drawing from the legendary tension between charm and mischief, light and dark, the new Wicked-inspired collection celebrates the duality of pink and green, two hues that couldn’t be more different yet harmonize in the most unexpected, beautiful way.

Just in time for the release of Wicked: For Good, this palette invites homeowners to conjure interiors that are bold, dramatic, and brimming with personality.

The Wicked-inspired collection features four Valspar shades curated to capture this magical contrast:

• The whimsical Fairy Floss

• The romantic Dusky Zinnia

• The lush Emerald Enchantment

• The soothing Forest Symphony

Each shade can stand alone as a statement color or be layered with its counterpart to create an interior narrative that feels both theatrical and timeless.

While pink creates softness, confidence, and warmth, green grounds us in depth, mystery, and nature. Together, they strike a balance that is at once playful and powerful, a visual duet that challenges convention while staying effortlessly elegant.

Inspired by the cultural moment surrounding Wicked, both the iconic stage musical and its highly anticipated film adaptations, Valspar has channeled the spirit of transformation, friendship, and empowerment into these unique pairings.

“Wicked is all about embracing duality; softness and strength, elegance and edge,” says Lucy Steele from Valspar Paint. “We wanted to create a palette that feels both powerful and playful, one that celebrates individuality through contrast. Pink and green might be opposites on the color wheel, but together they tell a story that’s deeply modern and full of emotion. This collection is our invitation to homeowners to be fearless with color, to experiment and to find their own kind of magic at home.”
